Rebecca Perkins-Kwoka

Vice President and General Counsel

Senator Rebecca is Senior Vice President and General Counsel at ReWild. Rebecca’s practice includes corporate law, acquisitions, real estate, debt and equity financing, tax equity financing, major contracting and disputes. 

Formerly as VP and General Counsel of the successful solar developer, SunRaise Investments, Rebecca led the successful acquisition of the company while bringing dozens of solar projects through financings. Prior to SunRaise, Rebecca worked at Enel Green Power participating in over 2 GW of acquisition and sales of renewables projects, 1.5 GW and $1.5B in renewables financing, shared facilities structuring, and other issues concerning the operation of renewable energy projects across technologies.

Rebecca is also a New Hampshire state Senator serving her second term in Concord, NH. Prior to becoming a Senator, Rebecca served as a two-term City Councilor and Member of the Planning Board for the City of Portsmouth, NH. She is a New Deal Leader and has appeared as a speaker in connection with the First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, the Business and Industry Association, New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, and NHPR’s The Exchange.

Rebecca is from Stratham, NH and a Dartmouth grad, with a J.D. from Cornell. In her free time, Rebecca can be found running around the streets of Portsmouth, hiking up north with her wife Katelyn, daughters Logan and Colby, and their dog Kip, traveling the globe, or inventing some new delicious variation on her family’s traditional Italian food.
