Empower Our Solar Energy Projects

Sell or Lease Your Land for Solar

We’ll turn your land into one of our sustainable solar energy projects that you can be proud of for years to come. Your property will not only become a substantial passive revenue generator, but it will also help reduce our reliance on fossil fuels while providing the local community around you with lower-cost, clean electricity.

The Right Site.

We select lands prime for rewilding with a solar project that promotes conservation and low-impact development. We avoid our most sensitive ecosystems by using resources from non-governmental organizations (NGOs) for critical landscapes and species, co-locating with farms to continue agricultural production while diversifying the income to the farmer, remediating brownfields, utilizing the tops of landfills, and avoiding old growth forests.

The Right Partners

We drive the project through all development stages and fund the development with our own balance sheet, relying on no outside parties for development funding. As an employee-owned group, Rewild’s owners take great pride and care in the work we do.

The Right Move.

Solar energy has a tremendous carbon reduction impact per acre, annually preventing the equivalent of 60-300 times the amount that an acre of trees will sequester each year. In fact, depending on the condition of the land and the potential for ecosystem preservation, a solar panel installation can result in greater carbon reduction than trees alone.

For Landowners

We’ll lease or purchase your land to host a solar installation. This land lease is in place for at least 20 years, giving you a minimum of two decades of passive, predictable income.

For Communities

Receiving the benefits of solar energy can happen without having solar on your roof. Our solar projects bring long-term predictable tax revenue to your municipality without the costs of school or public safety services. We can also try and reduce your electricity costs by pairing you with one of our community solar farms miles away.

“From the first conversation through construction, the team at ReWild Renewables showed complete transparency in the process and risks of solar development. I was kept informed throughout the process and there were no surprises, which is something I value. I was able to convert a suffering hay field into a project that will benefit the environment as well as my family.”
